Westerville and North Columbus locations
Students are offered four lessons per month. If needed, the fifth lesson available during some months may be used as a make-up lesson. All lessons cancelled by a teacher will be rescheduled. Whenever possible, students and teachers are requested to give at least 24 hours notice of cancellations.
Full tuition is due the first week of each month. Payments may be placed in tuition boxes at the Westerville and N. Columbus locations, or may be mailed to the Westerville office at 623 Park Meadow Rd. Ste. A, Westerville OH 43081. Please note that tuition is not prorated.
Tuition for all programs is $95.00 per month based on a thirty minute weekly lesson, if paid by the 10th of the month. After the 10th, tuition is $105.00. Longer lessons can be arranged. Enrolled students earn a one time $20.00 tuition credit for each referral who enrolls in lessons of any kind.
Encore is closed the following major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day. A one week Christmas holiday and a one week "Spring Break" will be observed, specific date to be determined by your teacher. Tuition will not be adjusted for these holiday months.
Encore will close only under extreme weather conditions, so we may be open for lessons even if schools close because of weather. If in doubt, please contact your teacher directly to confirm your lesson.
